The rainbow mountain is truly amazing 🤩 but the hike is quite difficult due to the elevation (from Ca 4000 m to 5000 m). Keep in mind that oxygen levels are low, it's difficult to breathe. Although only some people are affected but even if you spend some time at higher elevation to adjust it does not guarantee you won't get the altitude sickness which is an absolute nightmare. Not to be underestimated.
