Purchased an inexpensive pair of steel toe off of Amazon. The lace is broke 5 days after the return period ended. I contacted them and while they are a shoe company they do not sell replacement laces, they pointed to instructions to disassemble their lace mechanism to replace and rebuild. They then go on to say that they are standard laces. These laces are 4 in Long elastic and have toggles on both end. The problem is the toggle falls off and you can't rebuild the laces and they are not standard in any way at all. If you buy this garbage you will have to throw them away as soon as your lace is break and they will break within 90 days. This is garbage this company is garbage and they are literally telling me to go screw myself I'm out of luck

I have never used their app but I do have it installed and they sent me a notification to get five wings for $3. So I drove out of my way to get there got my wings pulled up their app and showed them the barcode and when he scanned it the wings went from $5 to $5.05 and then discounted back to $5 even. What gets me so much about this is I pointed it out to the cashier who then proceeded to insist again and again and again that I got my discount which I absolutely did not I had a 16 oz Coca-Cola and five wings and my bill was $8.47 so if I got $3 wings then I paid $5.47 for a Coke. So I complained and they replied with several different websites I should "try". No thanks. Moving on. Then they called me again this time from corporate but they had a man call who didn't speak a single word of English. Seriously, I couldn't even get his name. So they're adding insult to injury. This store (Westminster, MD, technically in Taylorsville) is a fraudulent and criminal Enterprise. Not only will they steal your money but then they'll look you in the eye and tell you they didn't.

Incomplete orders and they blame me for not clicking on the item I wanted on their website. The item is on my order it just was never shipped to me but it's my fault for how I clicked on something? My second order was never delivered and again it's my fault I'm supposed to go to the post office and file a complaint even though I don't have a tracking number or even so much as an order number from this company. This is a fraudulent and criminal Enterprise. You have been warned

Trying to write a review and they require me to enter my name and a password and an email but their password field is completely unresponsive I can't type in it. I asked chat EPT about this since the actual support email doesn't respond and apparently a lot of people are having this problem their password field is programmed incorrectly I believe it has to do with the show password or hide password feature that they're using from 1997. I think their site was probably programmed by kids from coding camp in 1997. I spent a day now trying to write a review on a review website that won't let me put in a password that it requires. If you guys want to try this site out knock yourself out

I ordered two gifts on August 13th and August 16th. It is currently September 11th. The first order I received and it's all right but they left off the free socks that they offered. The second order I have never even received a confirmation that they have the order at all. But they charged my credit card for both orders even though one isn't complete and one is missing. I have spent the entire day trying to reach these people one of these items is a gift for tomorrow and I don't have it. They don't answer the contact us email or web form. I asked chat EPT for a phone number and they don't answer that. I have left reviews I have left feedback I have contacted them and they will not get in touch with me. At this point I assume they have stolen my money and they are a criminal and fraudulent

They sent me an offer to match a deposit for 50% if I deposit now. So I went in deposited the $100 waited 30 minutes went to place a bet I only have $100 to bet with. I'm not playing I'm not reading fine print I'm not doing anything. If their offer requires fine print I don't want anything to do with this company. If it was a mistake I don't want anything to do with this company. My suspicion is it's just plain old fraud

They damaged the product I sent them they admitted they damaged it in the email and they charged me money for it. They are fraudulent they are criminal.
