Firstly the package arrived promptly and couldn't wait to start. I've been using the product for a week now and I definitely have less bloating, eczema/skin is a lot better. I cant wait to see the difference after week 2 . I will definitely continue with this product.

Hi, Last month I sent my HRT certificate via e-mail. The gentleman was very helpful and I was credited back extra monies taken from my account.
This month double monies again was taken from my account and I was told my HRT certificate is lost and must resubmit it. This is such an inconvenience when one has a busy schedule. I hope this is resolved soonest and I can get my account credited.
I sincerely hope this does not happen again.
26/09 - Thank you for the £9.90 credit received. However, £19.90 was taken from my account and I had to pay £9.90 when I ordered my medications. Therefore, I should get £19.80 refund and not £9.90. MY HRT certificate exempts me from paying and I pay £9.90 for Duloxitine 120mg. Hoping you understand. Thanking you.
