The returns policy is horrendous.

They claim “easy returns” but when the quality of the dress I bought was below par and looked nothing like the photograph advertised. I requested to return it they offered a return but saying that they would keep 15% as a “processing fee” as well as paying for the return myself. Which was not advertised anywhere on the website. Very much smoke and mirrors being quite slimy.

If I could put 0 stars I would.

Upon attending our booking at easycarhire we were told we needed a drivers credit card to proceed with the booking. My husband gave them our joint credit card that is in my name. They then refused as his name wasn’t on the card, and said they would have to add me as another drive. This would increase our fee from €171 ( €60 deposit pre paid) to €435 euros plus €200 euro deposit. After discussions the employee realised he had “accidentally” charged us for 4 drivers onto the car when there was only two of us. After this the fee was reduced only by €100 euros. Due to this major inconvenience we decided to use a different car company due to insufficient funds and being charged over €300 euros if the promised price. Therefore, the least you could do would be to return our €60 deposit.
