Paid for collection and delivery 6/6/23
Scheduled pick up between 09:00 / 19:00 on 07/06/23
Recieved email telling me my delivery has been rescheduled but with no reason explained.
parcel is still waiting in Kent to be delivered to nottinghamshire...... enfuriating.!!!
Payment taken and all tracking information and labels provided but no clarity on what is going on.....
User interface is apalling!!!
