I met Phil on site at the Mill in Maidstone. I asked for a quick bit of advice, and instead he came in and done the repairs for me. Very polite and professional, what a credit to Redrow.

In this case advice had already been given by solicitors that a disqualification could not be avoided. However, having taken full instructions it became clear that there was a 'story to tell', by way of mitigation, that, if believed, could, possibly, mean a ban could be avoided. Fortunately, the court accepted the defence version of events. Depsite 'Guilty' pleas to a series of offences the court elected not to disqualify at all. Thank you for your review.
