The product is fine. The shipping is too expensive (and you HAVE to used UPS), and takes WAY too long. I live 4 miles from the company address, and the item took almost 2 weeks to get to me. I'd rather pick it up (which currently is not an option.)

Ease of purchase was okay through VividSeats. Got the ticket sent to me from Ticketmaster okay.
Don't like the 'based on demand' ticket pricing, aka, legal scalping.
The venue had real problems. But that's another entity.
