I was surprised at the constant updates of the driver coming to pick our clothes up, so now I know I'll have plenty of advance notice to get my bag outside. Ordering was SO EASY. The only issue was the delivery (our main course for our potluck) showing up 20 minutes early, which turned our 15 min lead time into half an hour before we were ready to start lunch so we had to stop everything and get everything set out so the food would still be fresh.
