Brilliant Customer service

We had so many problems with Pennine windows this firm Tyneside home improvements have restored my faith in Excellent service From the beginning of the gentleman coming out to assess the problems to the fitters They were amazing replaced French doors and have done a perfect job The two men who did it were brilliant, Very respectful and made us feel at ease after our problems with the original company They were very friendly amazing job done to perfection Will definitely recommend Tyneside home improvements

After sales is as bad as the fitting…

After sales is as bad as the fitting service We have been waiting 18months for MAJOR repairs E mailed telephoned just nothing I am going to trading standards or small claims court now Do not use this company so much stress and poor workmanship
