Do not use them!!! Raised my claim on the 9th Dec 24, third party paid Setlement on the 5th January 25, QDOS confirmed funds cleared on the 10th January 25 and that was the last update received. Costumer services keep saying that they will chase accounts department but no update on when Setlement payment will be issued . They are keeping the moneys paid by the third party and forcing me to keep a hire car for a long and unnecessary period of time so they can charge the third party high hire car costs!! Absolutely disgusting. I am raising a complaint with the ombudsman. So frustrating!!
