Terrible service and customer service !! Bought recently traveling to Europe and had issues like it stopped working and I had to sit on a Starbucks to get Wi-Fi for hours until someone answered me and reactivated the service. Now I bought another to South America and couldn’t activate! Getting a message that the code is invalid. Spent hours again in a public Wi-Fi and they take hours to answer back! Terrible and not reliable !!!
