At the moment I see that I have been…

At the moment I see that I have been over charged something which I need to take up with ID mobile in writing. For my previous 12 monthly plan which ended 8/10/25 I can see by my direct debits I had paid all 12 payments of £10. I decided to stay with ID mobile and chose another plan for 40 GB at £8 a month. I was then asked for a payment of £10 which was taken directly from my current account on the 11th October then again on the 13th October a further £10 was taken by direct debit???
I also received an email congratulating me on choosing a new plan and that future £8 payments would be taken on the 9th of each month but on my ID mobile App it clearly says future payments will taken on the 23rd of each month so which is it and please look into why you took an extra £10 from my account. If no refund of this additional £10 payment is refunded plus the collection of future payments dates are clarified I think I will be cancelling my plan.
In response to ID mobile The 11th October payment was taken out of my actual bank account not by direct debit the second £10 was taken by direct debit. Also you did not mention about the different dates the future payments would be taken as your email to me says 8th if each month bug my ID mobile app plan says 23rd ?

Hi Barry,

We apologise for the billing issue you’ve experienced and understand that extra payments may have been taken. Please rest assured that we only charge what is due each month, and we’re sorry if this has caused you any distress—that’s not how we want to serve our customers.

Could you please check with your bank whether two direct debit payments were taken on 11/10/2025 and 13/10/2025? The only time we would attempt to take a second payment is if the first one failed. It’s possible that one of the payments was reversed if it didn’t go through.

If you’d like us to investigate this further, we’d be more than happy to do so. If we’ve made a mistake, we will absolutely make it right.

Our Bengal girl chose a vegan diet.

VeggiePets is for those pet owners whose conscience would not allow them to own a dog or cat knowing that animals of all description were killed for their pets food.
VeggiePets vegan food contains all the necessary nutrients for your animals health including Taurine for cats.
When we took charge of our one year old Bengal girl the breeder gave us four pouches of animal based dry food. I had already bought a bag of VeggiePet vegan cat pellets, I poured a small amount into one bowl with the none vegan pellets in another, Angel sniffed at both bowls then sat and finished off the Vegan option. If Angel had chosen her usual none vegan option the plan was already in place to hand over Angel to a friend who had planned on owning a Bengal cat.
Angel today is a healthy and happy 13 year old and we are happy that she is Vegan like us. 😊

Best showers are Triton Showers

My first Triton shower was a Dominica it lasted eighteen years of regular use. I decided to stay with Triton and recently bought a Triton 9.5kw Reba. It is a brilliant shower easy to install, powerful and definitely hot enough. I Highly recommend Triton showers.

Very pleased with the speed of these…

Very pleased with the speed of these two deliveries, the two parts shipped separately made up one recliner chair. Bought from eBay, several previous customer’s feedback suggested they had to wait over five days for the second part of their chair to arrive from different suppliers, so instead of sitting on the base of a recliner with no arm rests and no back I am able to relax and recline!😊Oh’ I didn’t mean Yodel responsible for previous delays.

It’s Saturday evening and found I needed third party insurance to use my kayak on Southwest Lakes the following day. Insure4boats no problem, sorted after just a few minutes with all paperwork via email. Panic over.
