Team have gone above and beyond again…

Team have gone above and beyond again and again. Every order I've made recently has been dispatched very quickly, and they have rushed orders for me when I told them I was on a tight deadline. When there was a little mishap with one order they volunteered multiple solutions to get it solved. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the quality is much higher than I would expect for this price-point.

The team have been responsive and fast-acting, thank you!

After a few bumpy months with Awesome…

After a few bumpy months with Awesome Merch it seems things have gone more or less back to normal, so I wanted to add a positive review to that effect!
To start with the little negatives - their current turnaround for printed matter is slow (8-10 days vs the 5-8 advertised). I asked the customer service agent (on the chat) if I could rush my order, but she had little to no information on this front (couldn’t give me an estimate of when my work might be approved by the team for example) and was adamant that a rush was not possible.
However, I received help from Andy and Brad over email, who organised a rush order for me very quickly. The order arrived the same week via UPS, and everything is up to the same quality I had grown to trust but had missed the last year or so.
Overall, it seems like AM are still getting back on their feet and are probably a bit short-staffed, and their customer service team could do with being a bit more in the loop, but the product is good and if you can get hold of someone actually on the ground then they are really helpful and efficient, and excellent value for money. Thanks!

Duplicate transaction, multiple complaints, zero help

After ordering online I noticed that Paypal had taken the payment (with the same order number) twice. One payment was successful and the other was ‘pending’ (meaning the vendor did not complete the transaction).

I have contacted M&S four times since the 10th of May asking them to void this transaction so that I can receive the funds back to my account. 3 times I’ve been referred to the finance department - who they promise will be in touch within 48 hours. That has not happened. There is no way to continue the thread with customer service so I’m stuck opening new customer service queries, explaining the same situation again and again. Most recently I was assured that the Finance team had been in touch (they hadn’t) and that they couldn’t see the transaction- as there is no opportunity to show them a screenshot or have any sort of conversation with them I’m clearly stuck to wait the whole month till Paypal can finally cancel it themselves.

It’s now been 3 weeks and M&S still wrongly hold my £72 despite my bringing it to their attention multiple times.

I am very frustrated and disappointed in M&S. I’m unlikely to continue shopping here as I’m afraid of experiencing issues like this again. Do not recommend.

P.S - when can I have my money back?
