Used Fasthosts for over 17 years, wouldnt be anywhere else. Great Support when you need it, could do with cheaper renewal for accounts with hundred plus domain names to retain via a loyalty discount is my only critisism.

I will keep this short .... a total con, why charge someone £57 for ONE hearing aid and immediately offfer the second for a further £29 with NO mention at all of this on the website.

Wish i had read before ordering, now getting my bank to cancel the payment. DO NOT BUY !!!


TO BE FAIR TO THE COMPANY : this is an update 4 hours after the initial reveiw. A very helpful customer support person answered my email and has cancelled the order and promised a refund in 2 to 3 working days, if that happens not a bad experience, just an annoying time waste. Please in the interests of customer service, stop the buy the right one at an extra cost ... all it does is get you bad press. Assume i got the refund if this is after 21 August 2025, if i dont i would have updated this again.

These guys are a JOKE, no one else is blacklisting my server but these guys .... OH is this a money orientated service or customer friendly? Well i can have my server delisted and wait up to 7 days or i can pay €80 and it will delist immediately? These guys do an excellent job of turning SPAM into SCAM ...

Our first motorhome, we couldn’t have found anyone better than Somerset motorhomes for our first big purchase.. We were greeted by Josh who was welcoming and listened to what was important to us. We were shown 5 motorhomes that were an exact match to our wish list, then asked if we wished to be accompanied or view on our own. We chose to view on our own and found a motorhome that we were more than interested in and requested more information.

Josh answered all our questions, gave details of the history, totally comfortable at all times, never felt pushed or being sold to, just helping us to find what was right for us. Given a price and then visited 5 other motorhome centres in Somerset and Devon but in the end made the journey back to Somerset Motorhomes. Josh and the team were amazing, came up with solutions for an upgrade to head unit/ sat nav agreed a reduced price, given a date for collection and paid deposit.

Amazing after sales support before pick up, including installation of new head unit, anti theft devices and possible tow bar problem.

On pick up Paul and Paul so helpful and informative, the handover was just what we needed as it was our first motorhome, left totally informed and comfortable driving away a sizeable purchase in terms of physical size and cost. The handover team spent time and quickly sorted out a last minute problem with the detachable tow bar. We drove to a local campsite (paid for by Somerset Motorhomes) to experience our first night and told if we encountered any problems to come back in the morning to see them … superb confidence in them to deliver on their promises.

The first time we took the motorhome away there was an issue with the Towbar electrics, from calling Laura on reception, Steve and Paul couldn’t have been more helpful.

Sorry for the long review but these guys deserve there praise, from sales to customer support to management a 100% enjoyable experience. For first time motorhome buyers these guys were a real blessing ……. Thank you Somerset Motorhomes.

PS. We did buy back in April , apologies for the late review, guess we have been enjoying the motorhome too much.

Definately use again, called Tuesday lunchtime asked about neext day delivery. Large Megaflow water tank so a little edgy about delivery. No need to be, ordered Tuesday here before lunch on Wednesday, plumber was delighted, so was i big Thank you EDD :) very Happy Customer

Excellent from start to finish, good pricing devliered when i wanted it and not when it was best for AO. delivery was on time and executed with respect for my items, professionalism with a friendly and polite attitude, not the first time i have used AO and it for these reasons i keep coming back, nice one AO

As always very knowledgeable and efficient, got the answer to my question straight away. Great CS with great prices, been with them virtually since they started, tried EON BGas, EDF and all failed ... carry on the good work.

Excellent value for Money, delivery as promised on my new Nikon D850, saved over £500 on the closest price and as long as the warranty (if needed) holds up then its like for like comparison, used the savings to buy a mint condition Nikor 14-24mm beast of lens. Thanks Cotswold Cameras :)

Bombarded with emails, for surveys, you viewed do you want to buy etc ....

if i want to review something I will and often do on occasions, you will not prompt me to do so. if i want to buy something i will.

No i would not recommend Wayfair for the volume of emails, now off to Trustpilot to leave the same review there :)

seen the wayfair comment, i should not have to spend my time unsubscribing from emails that i never requested in the first place, so rather than send without request, ask people what they want ... not complicated.
