The site overall is okay, you don’t get BOG on any horse racing etc and greyhounds are just SP instead of odds, it’s not the best, withdrawals are unbelievably slow too which is a bit annoying. The customer service team do everything they can to help but they need to make payments faster and offer better products to compete.

This site is appalling, so so awkward to use not smooth at all, made an account then told horse racing betting isn’t working at the moment, useful, they also charge a fee for PayPal deposits, useless never using these lot again

Really solid company, no limiting accounts so far after making a bit of profit, withdrawals are ridiculously quick. Only issue is for horse racing the prices take forever to come through and so can’t place bets for tomorrow for example which means you miss value. Also don’t offer BOG, if they added these they’d be number 1.

Kwiff is a fun variation on sports betting, some odds can be kwiffed to way above average although this is very rare and odds should probably be kwiffed more. Withdrawal times are so so slow compared to other sites and they really need to correct this as it takes forever. Other than that it’s a decent site with potential

I mean this lot are a joke by the way avoid at all costs, they asked me to first provide a load of documents which I was happy to do, then they asked for about 4 different phone calls saying I needed to pass security, then they said on one of the calls the account will reopen in 5 minutes, then they said the trading team have shut the account permanently, laughable.

Money was in my account within 10 minutes of application, simply amazing. Simple repayment plan set up via direct debit and clear APR which as per most loans was relatively high. 5 star reviews made me feel more comfortable using them and hopefully no issues in the future.

I placed an order for a Taylor made Qi10 driver on February 6th and did not receive the driver till the 8th of March. Really disappointed as on the site it said custom fits take max 1-2 weeks. Chris was helpful with replies about my order but I had to constantly ask for updates and felt a bit left in the dark. Wouldn’t have minded if they offered a slight discount or something for this delay but nothing offered, won’t be using them again unfortunately but may be a one off bad experience and even though the reply suggests, I was not on holiday I was out of the house one day (6th of March) so they delayed delivery 1 day because of this.

They’ll let you play until you start winning and making profit and then they limit your stake amounts for absolutely no reason! Don’t bother wasting your time with them. Contacted customer service and said this is down to the trading department aka a profit making account is largely restricted to £1 max stake bets. Waste of time use other companies.

Absolutely terrible, will take you for every penny you’ve got do not use their car parks, customer service is utterly terrible and they make it unbelievably unclear that if you use their app you don’t go on site special offers? How does that make any sense
