Turned up to watch a rated 15 film. I was appalled when myself and my two fifteen year old daughters were refused entry after forgetting their id (not that they have any anyway) we were asked to return food for a refund. Ruined our night, they were so excited. Staff utterly rude, (think they were in training, but no excuse) we have made it in plenty of times without any problems. I am not happy.

Dean was friendly and efficient t helping us with our sofa. He was knowledgeable and made the process simple.
