New Balance tennis shoes were a reorder so shoes were as expected. Tennis Express is my go to for my tennis shoes replacements—at least 2 pair per year. This is certainly incidental but the shoe box was completely mangled with packing tape holding one corner together. Not sure what the box had been through but did not damage the shoes. Hence a 4.

I chose Tennis Point because they had the New Balance tennis shoes in my size. Service was excellent.
