The Click and Collect system is a bit…

The Click and Collect system is a bit too complicated for a new customer which slowed the processing somewhat. In addition. one of the support posts I received was defective in that it cracked midway at a knot when started to pound it into ground and required gluing and binding with steel wire to restore it.On the other hand, the wicker Da Nang screen fully satisfied my need and would have earned a much higher rating were it not for the above-mentioned problems.

A truly peerless Help Desk

Although they were dealing with a somewhat confused elderly customer in an attempt to resolve a WIFI access problem that was beyond their control, the CBB help desk displayed great tact, persistence and patience in trying to resolve the problem. Furthermore, they reacted with genuine pleasure when – after several fruitless conversations with me – I informed them that I had managed reconnect with WIFI myself.

Dyr levering men et godt produkt.

Kendtsgerningen at levering kostede halvanden gang så meget som prisen af varen var noget af en camel at sluge. Men det var jeg nødt til idet I ikke havde den på lager
Ellers var jeg godt tilfreds med produktet og leveringens forløb.

To be avoided in its present form

If you feel tempted to eat here, avoid, at all costs, a winter Saturday evening. It’s bedlam; overcrowded, extremely noisy and with an atmosphere of desperation rather than joy.
Even under more amenable conditions, there’s still a lot to criticise. While the food stalls apparently offer an impressive range of the world’s cuisines, neither of the dishes I’ve eaten there tasted of more than vague shadows of the authentic. While my experience is only limited, I have the impression that most of the stalls use stunning displays to sell what can best be described as factory food.
The prices for the dishes on offer are reasonable: you get what you pay for. The prices at the innumerable bars, on the other hand, are extortionate given the venue. They are more like those in expensive restaurants or cocktail bats. Presumably these are the “cash cows” on which the Pakhus makes most of its profit.
It’s hard to find constructive recommendations that would improve the place.
The first, though, is to get serious about offering the clientele a worthwhile experience. That entails getting rid of all the “smart ass” placards which purvey in jokes to the savvy when in fact their laugh is on us.
The second would be to introduce food stalls run by dedicated chefs rather than food businesses. Doubtless, no established chef would dream of taking part, but there are perhaps younger talents who would jump at the opportunity. It’s a question of going out and finding them
Thirdly, replace the monopoly of the existing bars with individual breweries, cocktail bars, vintners et cetera who compete to provide their respective businesses.
It all requires a major reshuffle and the onus is on Storms Pakhus to raise the bar to create a place worth visiting.

I've already given feedback. But, to recapitulate, everything went smoothly tanks to the eagerness of staff to help with any problems that arose. They were clearly very engaged in pleasing their customers in a warm and friendly way
The substantial reductions, compared with the list prices, were an added incentive to deal with Vivas

Good value for the money and excellent service.

The water barrel arrived earlier than I expected and was exactly what I wanted.
I had tried, without success, to order the base for the barrel at the same time, and, upon writing to you about this, you promptly replied giving the link I needed. The customer service seemed both friendly and keen to ensure that I got what I wanted. The substantial reduction compared to the list was also much appreciated.

It arrived sooner than expected and was just what I wanted. The only problem was that is was difficult to assemble single-handedly. But using gaffer tape as my "third hand", I finally mamaged it.

I am very impressed by the high quality…

I am very impressed by the high quality of the product, which seems to be both robust and elegant.
Also impressive is the Manual in terms of its logical presentation and the suggestion about optimising the stability of the structure by using an adhesive to secure the polycarbonate sheets.
My only cavill is about the expedition of the order. Having discovered that I had mistakenly ordered two greenhouses instead of one, I rang as soon as possible to seek change of the order only to be told that online orders cannot be changed and that I would have to return the unwanted article at my own expense; a costly affair given that it had to be returned by a freight company.
So, reluctantly, I rate the my experience with only four stars instead of the five that the product itself deserves.

thank you for the positive review - we are glad to hear this. About the lacking possibility to change a placed order in the shop, we have to refer to the text at Checkout that informs you that it is not possible to change an order once you have accepted.
The reason for this is that the second you press BUY, a label is printed at our warehouse and the product(s) is moved to a container at the ramp. Every day we dispatch hundreds of large parcels, so logistically it is not that easy to remove one single item. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Man skai ikke købe artikler pga. en fristende rabat!

Jeg blev fristet til at købe dette drivhus pga. den store rabat. Det skulle jeg aldrig have gjort!
For det første, der manglede to komponenter der gjort det umuligt at at samle drivhuset.
Ud over det, udpakningen af den første bundt af komponenter, før jeg opdagede manglen af de ovenævnte, var meget besværligt idet de var dækket af en klistrende plastikfilm.
Iøvrigt var vejledning totalt forvirrende.
Den eneste grund de til, at jeg giver den to stjerner frem for én, er, at de tilbydt mig muligheden for at pakken blive afhentet mod betaling af den rimelige sum af 69 kroner.
