Try delivering the goods

Did not deliver after getting a email saying it was dispatched. And them had to ask for a refund. This is the first time I have ever given a poor review.

Mr Dorey, the 1200mmx500mm 31kg loft ladder is not an item we are able to deliver to Guernsey in a manner that is commercially viable. Delivery details are available on each product page stating policies and costs to UK Mainland postcodes only, with provisions in place for exceptions. As such the order was refunded accordingly.
