Didn't like that I was asked to…

Didn't like that I was asked to telephone them even after supplying the car show room with my details. And I still haven't heard back ftom them whether or not my application has been succesfull! Left hanging !!

Useless staff bad attitude

I was pleased with mu purchase and the price but I was totally disgusted in the staff you had on there. The young blonde haired guy who supposedly was serving me dudnt show a blind bit of interest , he wasn't bothered in answering any if my questions and he didn't even help carry the TV I bought over to the pay desk !! I had to drag it along one end on the floor . I also bought a sound box to go along with my new TV which I found out once I was home and trying to put all together needed a special wire . I asked if the two items I bought was compatible to each other he yes but didnt mention about this wire I needed . In short total discard of customer relations or service.
