Phone Call

Hi. I rang EDF because i had a phone call and thought it might be a scam. A nice lady with a nice accent called Bethany answered my call. She was very polite and put me at ease about the call i had received. Checked the number of the phone call and told me it was genuine. Bethany was very clear when she was speaking on the the phone , so i could understand every word.
