So they booked me in within 2 weeks and got my retest done fast. Speed of everything was great, listened to location preferences and communication between bookings mostly good.

Only reason it’s not 5 star is partly my own fault and just my license wasn’t checked before booking so I ended up paying class 1 prices for class 2, however I still passed which is the main thing. I’m just double checking they paid class 1 prices with the training company used by them.
Sales was friendly and not robotic. As I say reflection wise I should of checked however I moved from another agency/training company and they did a check and told me I was fine to do class 1… however we found out the medical was only ticked for class 2 driving

Had a call for an update today With CY2, was polite, gave the update and info needed and listened well to anything else I was querying.

Great communication, friendly and always make time for you. I’ve actually had quicker responses from CL than my solicitor sometimes. Very efficient but maintain quality. AH9 was on the phone to me today and was lovely. Listened and answered any concerns. Thank you

Came on time, damaged viv door from shipping, owner sent the door replacement straight away and was very polite about it. Thanks! Great service.

Car battery came quick, website told me which ones fitted. Rang Preston branch and the gentleman was polite and double checked it was right for my car. Came within 2 days and was packaged well. No damage. Cheap price for a Yuasa , £30 cheaper than Halfords.

Fitted myself and no issues, old car battery gave up on life and turned on all lights and drained. Nice to have my car back so soon.

I’ve never been through any type of accident before where I’ve needed to go through this process.

Considering how complex my case is from the RTA Nabeela Mirza who is representing myself is doing an amazing job. We are only part way through but have achieved some great milestones with liability and a interim payment on top of medical support.

She really has gone above and beyond for myself and I really appreciate everything she has done for me and my partner so far. There is well over 100 emails already and a lot to of gone through. I’ve also been supported the whole way especially when the NHS mental health services and other departments and health professionals have let me down.

I now have private healthcare professionals that are so consistent, fit myself and making amazing progress from a few months ago when they got approved and put into place.

It’s been one of the hardest if not the hardest time of my life since the accident and having Nabeela help so much as she has done has definitely made it easier. She’s always answered any questions I’ve asked and explained everything fully and made sure I understand.

Grateful so far for everything and I’m sure it’ll just be onwards and upwards from here on in. Definitely deserves the recognition from myself and management in my opinion for going the extra mile. Thank you very much from me and Eve so far.

Came next day, all parts ok and good condition,

Staff was good and patient , went through multiple shoes and let us know to sign up too

Both orders previously the wrong shoe came.
First a size 10
Not 11..

Secondly a Nike size 5/6 junior shoe instead of DC came. Utter joke
