I received a bill for tank rental in the amount of 172.71.
I contacted Customer Service to request this fee be removed from my account.
I was told this could not be done,To avoid this fee i was required to purchase 240 gallons per year.
I only have a 125 gal tank and it is hooked only to gas fireplace logs. It is impossible for me to get or use 240 gals per year.
I am requesting this fee be removed it is unreasonable to expect me to use their minimum .

I ordered 1 box of sleep patches. I was charged for 4 plus I was also charged 1+1 Sleep Patches + Pillow Spray137.80 that i did not order

Alora @WellMOON contacted me and has refunded my payment for non=ordered product. She was very quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. She offered to let me keep the product. I will be trying trying them to see if they work for me. I will follow up with the results. Thanks Alora
