‼️‼️‼️PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM GUSTO!!!

If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, DO NOT USE GUSTO. I’m begging anyone reading this: learn from my nightmare!!!!!!!

I’ve been dealing with a missing payment for weeks, and Gusto’s customer service has been a complete disaster. They keep repeating the same scripted lines, sending contradictory information, and refusing to take responsibility. Every response makes less sense than the one before.

I’ve provided bank proof, screenshots, and explanations, yet they still claim the missing payment was “successfully sent.” How? To where? No one knows. Their “logic” is so twisted it honestly hurts to read their emails.

It feels like you’re talking to a team that can’t even understand their own system, or basic English. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable when people’s money and livelihoods are on the line.

If you’re an international contractor or small business, please take this seriously, GUSTO IS NOT equipped to handle international payments properly. You’ll just end up wasting your time, your energy, and possibly losing your money.

Save yourself the headache. STAY AWAY from GUSTO!!!!! There are plenty of other platforms that actually know how to communicate, track payments, and treat people like humans.

⚠️ WARNING, GUSTO REFUSES TO PAY AND KEEPS LYING

STAY AWAY FROM GUSTO! I’m extremely frustrated with Gusto. They refuse to pay my money and keep sending wrong proof of payment, as if that somehow solves the problem. Every time I ask for clarity or actual proof, THEY IGNORE THE FACTS AND TRY TO CONFUSE ME WITH IRRELEVANT INFORMATION!!!

This is not just incompetence, this is SCAM LEVEL behavior. I’ve provided all the proof, statements, and confirmations from my bank, yet they continue to refuse to acknowledge their mistake and avoid taking responsibility.

It’s been weeks, and instead of fixing the issue, Gusto keeps sending intentional wrong proof of payments for money I already received, pretending that somehow I’m misunderstanding my own account. This is unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable. THEY DON'T WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MISSING MONEY!!

If you rely on Gusto for your payments ,especially international payments, THINK TWICE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!! They have shown they can hold your money, give wrong information, and refuse to resolve issues.

This experience has been frustrating, infuriating, and completely unacceptable. GUSTO is NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY, I strongly warn anyone considering using them. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
