Wife ordered three items and the sizing was wrong. That's not the problem, but trying to return is impossible. Tried using the website, ai bot and also the app. No joy on any.

Really annoyed
Really annoyed, beware of Hastings insurance. Took out insurance and sent no claim from previous insurer which they would not accept, so I been on the phone with them, after 20 minutes, of me asking why? Then they did accept it. The annoying bit is they altered my insurance,it was £1:60 more and they charged me £30 handling fee, really £30 for a £1:60 change. Asked if they could do anything about it, NO was the reply.

Our Policy Review Team review policies at random to make sure everything checks out and the policy details are correct. They do this to prevent fraud and make sure customers are paying the correct amount for their insurance (this is because fraudulent claims can increase insurance premiums). I'm afraid there is a fee applied if changes need to be made as a result of these checks.

Absolutely raging at there delivery…
Absolutely raging at there delivery routine. Apparently giving a 1hour notice for delivering 15m of worktop is acceptable as "that's the way we do it" reply suggests. No day or prewarning, just expect us to sit and wait months in hope of delivery with expectant glee. God for bid we should have jobs and lives. As for the rest of the kitchen, because it couldn't be delivered together, they will let me know 2 days in advance and I must be in, "failure will cost me £150 plus £20 storage", again god forbid I work and can give a day when I will be available.

Ordered a picture of my dog on a canvas, unable to upload picture, contacted notonthehihjstreet, they said they had forwarded my email to the provider. I've had no reply , this is an Xmas gift and time is running out. Very disappointed with support

I had a gt3 pro smart watch for 10 months when it would only hold its charge for 20 minutes, tried too contact Huawei on there website, no reply. Tried to return the watch but the town I live in apparently does not exist, then finally messaged them on Facebook, still no reply. Last time I buy a product from this firm.
