Both failed, but got replaced

It was unfortunate that both Elvies stopped charging, one after the other. But customer service worked to get us replacements. The first one required some back and forth, but the second was much clearer.

I worry about the waste, and Elvie folks assured us that the charging issue is rare. It was surprising for us to have it happen for two different units, though!
