Well here it is December 28th and still no hot tub that we ordered on Octobe13th. Call Barefoot Spas was told 3 to 4 weeks then told 30 to 60 days. Keep getting run around about when it will be ready for delivery. So I guess we will get it sometime in the year 2025 instead of2024. If it was not for the fact that we can not get are money back, I would tell them to keep there tub and go some where else. Any way I am not happy at all with this company. Please buy. elsewhere.

We ordered a hot tub in October on the 13 of October from barefoot spas. We were told it would be 30 days before we received it. 30 days later no hot tub. Call barefoot spas am told I was suppose to talk to someone and tell them when we would be ready for the hot tub. Was not told this by the salesman. So told them to cancel are order we paid 5,000.00 down and still owe 7,000.00. They said that they would cancel are order but are contract stares no refund. Was not told that by the salesman either. Just has us signing papers, so we did not read the contract. So people please be leary of this company, or any other company when it comes to contracts make sure to read them, don't be trusting like us.
