Being well informed as to lead times,regular up dates and questions when asked answered,the tools are first rate and work as described,the packages are marked up with the delivery instructions that I needed to make sure I received it and no one else,for that alone I'm more than impressed

Would have been five stars but the instructions where on the box when delivered ad this is restricted items that were only to be handled by the people that were informed as to its arrival,with that said they still went to the wrong department,the information was quite clear for a reason "restricted ",but with that it was in tack and with in the time promised

Good information is key and the right tools make G.J.tools a must for the lock trade,the feed back is very good,as a testament to this items not in yet having updates as to when expected in is also a must,thanks to G.J. I have nearly all I need,thank you and well done

The staff both counter and yard are both friendly and attentive,when asked to get specific items they are only to happy to accommodate,with a phone call that comes to advise on lead times,and materials availability,this is a credit to a hard working staff that make this a pleasure to use gibbs and dandy eastbourne,well done
