Apart from trying to get a booking, which on line seemed rather remote (I had questions to ask about the type of fault and how it would be tackled), when Chris arrived all went smoothly. Advice was freely given on the various options for a replacement aerial and after a little negotiation on cost, he work was completed smoothly and efficiently, which considerably better reception than before. I would use again and recommend.

I discovered Whoops thru an internet search and as I live locally went to visit rather than fill in the online request form. Both Tony and Adam were very helpful and answered my queries fully. The verbal quote for wheel refurbishment was competive and accepted. Dates were agreed and the work carried out promptly, with the addition of some minor body work repairs. All staff were very helpful and getting down to work with real gusto!

I called on a Saturday, early afternoon and my call was answered within 30 seconds. This was for the renewal of a heritage vehicle policy. All issues were discussed in full and renewal terms agreed.
