Apart from trying to get a booking, which on line seemed rather remote (I had questions to ask about the type of fault and how it would be tackled), when Chris arrived all went smoothly. Advice was freely given on the various options for a replacement aerial and after a little negotiation on cost, he work was completed smoothly and efficiently, which considerably better reception than before. I would use again and recommend.
