Horrible customer service. Poor shipping. Jamie didn't ship our ordered parts for over 2 months, even when website shows the part is in stock. I've contacted the owner, Jamie, multiple times and he just provides excuses for his poor business practices. He tried to claim he was out of stock but his website shows different.

Horrible Customer Service. I ordered a cover on 6/14/2023; it arrived 6/21/23. It turned out that I ordered the wrong cover. I ordered the cover for the 1966 Chev Impala 2-Door Couple and needed the one for the 1966 Chev Impala 2-Door Convertible. I called their customer service number and could not get a decent English-speaking rep on the phone; had to repeat myself at least a dozen times to get any response.

When the rep, Donna, finally understood me, her only recommendation was to open the cover and test it. If it doesn't fit, they will exchange it. She could not provide me with any details or dimensions since they are only "semi-custom" covers.

I tested a swath of the material (the bag since it's the same) before opening the sealed bag. NOT WATERPROOF at all - water soaked right through it.

Material is fairly thick and seems appear to be sturdy but not for putting over a car and exposed to weather.

Attempted to return the order. Even worse experience: submit a form and they eventually get back to you.

All of the marketing and advertising on the website says "free consultation with an accountant. Talk to a CPA for free." I scheduled the call and they called (5 minutes late) and the guy on the other end said he was calling with 1800accountant. I tried to ask him my one question about a bookkeeping entry. He refused to provide any help and said 1800accountant does NOT provide accountants or free consultations and he has nothing to do with how they do their marketing. Then he tried to sell me a consultation for $1,200.

It's a bait and switch scam. False Advertising.
