I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt response and resolution of my issue. Everything was resolved in less than a hour! I was actually expecting a long process since every other company where I purchased something and had problems with item bough I have experience long weeks of back and forth washout a quick resolution.

The adds and the underwear seemed good but when I got my size L pair it was too small. I have others siza L from Under Armor, Shinesty and Tommy Johns and they are true to size and fit perfectly. I did receive a replacement without any problem but even an XL was too small. Now I’m left with 2 pairs of underwear that can’t use.
