Parcel not delivered to correct address…

Parcel not delivered to correct address three days running! I contacted the retailer after the first day when the parcel didn’t arrive and a message had been sent to me by Yodel saying the parcel could not be delivered as I wasn’t in. Clear, simple instructions were then given through the retailer for delivery on the second day to the correct address. The same problem the second day, no parcel, again a message saying they couldn’t deliver as I wasn’t in; again I was in, again it was the same wrong address. On the third day I looked out for the driver and again he was attempting to deliver to the wrong address. I ran up the road and asked him for my parcel. He said he had no instructions, neither did he ask who I was and gave me the parcel in the middle of the road. I asked him to inform Yodel of their inefficiency and he said he couldn’t, he was self employed. Unbelievable on all counts!
