She went above and beyond in what could only be rated as an excellent customer experience and did so with a smile. In these days of hitech and impersonal contact it was such a pleasure to experience such service. I was delighted to deal with her again today. Well done.

Dissatisfied customer.
Parcel not delivered even though Tracking said signature obtained. Turns out parcel was left in Green bin without notification. Bin was collected and parcel went with it to the dump. Appalling service.
