Everything was fine u til I had to cancel one of the three tickets I purchased. I couldn't cancel just one and I only got a refund of $159 of the $363 that I paid. So I am left to battle it out with my travel insurance I guess but I think it was pretty unfair to make me cancel everybody and then bill me for everything.

You received only one ticket for the 3 passengers with only one ticket number, so if we cancelled one passenger, the 2 other would be cancelled too. That's why we can't make the cancellation you want. In that parlicular case, we advice you to contac the call center to see if we can find solutions.
