After using dr on demand 3 x over 2 years and had reasonable care.
Today I attempted an appointment and after waiting 2 hours , i hung up and tried again to no avail. I called customer service and spoke to a nice gentleman that was not able to understood through his very heavy accent but managed to find out it has a different name and they don’t take medicare. There is no information on their website. Poor poor response. Will never try again . Beware do not use this company

The customer service is so accommodating. They go beyond helpful in so many ways.i cant say

The programs were colorful,
Accurate . They offered suggestions to make it just perfect
I hope everyone who has a need uses this company. They were perfect in every way
