Half order delivered

My original order was placed back in 5/24/25 and half of the order was delivered. When I called the facility to ask what happened, I was notified the remaining items would be shipped in July 2025. I left two message for the rep who made the sale/order with NO returned call. Now it is September and I still do not have the parts and my chandelier is 1/2 put together over my dining table! Very frustrating there has been absolutely NO contact from Lightopia.

My "tasker" Atef was fantastic

My "tasker" Atef was fantastic, efficient and courteous!! He completed his job within the quoted time frame. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to meet someone who enjoys their job. Thank you Atef!
On anther note, the additional charges to me from Taskrabbit did not match the quote, were very unclear, and extremely exorbitant. I never received a clear description of the Trust & Support Fee until "after" the bill was paid. The hourly cost was quoted at $47.13/hour and can in billed to me at $49.13/hour AND there was tax attached to the bill also!! :-o It is unlawful to bill for tax on labor in the state of California.
Lastly, the app was very easy and intuitive to use.
