Shirt is very poor quality and not as advertised, says on the website cotton and it’s got no cotton in it at all, it’s polyester and spandex. The quality of the print is very poor and pixilated, and the material is terrible. Not at all like on the website, would definitely avoid this company

The headphones work ok, but they were filthy and covered in gunk so I had to clean them pretty well before wanting them on my head. Disappointing as I thought that was something CEX did before selling on second hand equipment.
(Update, CEX messaged me and offered me a £5 store credit for the hassle of cleaning the headphones so I’ve upgraded my review, customer service was good and the headphones are still working perfectly so I’m happy)

Review of Fresh Hoods
I was making an order, their website took the payment from my Apple Pay before it gave me a chance to put the discount code in so overcharged me by a long way. I asked for a refund and they sent me some money a few days later but not the full amount and now they‘re ignoring my emails. Also because of the cost of changing currency with a bank payment I’m now out of pocket twice over for the whole experience. (Update: instead of contacting me like their response to my review would suggest, they instead tried to have it removed and have made no moves to correct their mistake, they still owe me money)
