Another sign that Germany is slowly down going down. Incompetent drivers and delivery system. Even the Support Center is incompetent. yersterday they assured me that there will be another delivery. Today they said this is not possible ... COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE !

As a Tunisian I tell you one thing.. RUN and do not take the risk of booking with this almost bankrupt company you will regret it

Should not even exist... Everyone working there should be ashamed.. total incompetence.. never in time.. it is sad that they are the only company in Germany to offer travel or transportation services. I would rather pay more for a private company that benefit these donkeys at management position
