Very poor quality items and even worse customer service experience
I ordered the items in April and contacted your customer service after I received them due to their poor quality. I was promised a solution from your customer service (From Chelsea) in May AND ALL my follow up emails receive the same generic response and still no solution as promised.
 I didn’t want to leave any feedback online about this order but its now June and STILL no solution as promised. I wanted to let you know that the products were well, well below the standard and quality I’d expected. The fabric looks and feels very cheap, it’s super thin and Im not sure why you decided to make it so “sheer”.
The quality is so poor, I almost thought it was a joke/novelty product or pyjamas !! 
Very disappointing, I’d expected much much better quality from your company. The last “vanquish” cargo joggers I ordered are great and I’m actually still using them both. This time, however, I have zero intention of using this product. Your customer services promised a solution and gift card with shipping in May and I haven't received anything yet and all the follow up emails I've sent get the same generic response asking me for the order number, which I've sent at least 10 times!!. 
It's now June and I can honestly say that out of all the online ordering that I've done from different companies, this has absolutely been my worst and most disappointing experience yet. This order was both a waste of money and due to your poor customer services, has also been a waste of time.
Update: June 17th 2023, Its only fair for me to update this review and say that Vanquish Fitness has rectified this issue. Although it took longer than it should have I do appreciate the fact that they rectified it in the end.
