I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with the service from start to finish. I ordered shirts in extra slim fit, but they fit differently from one another. I returned them to exchange for fitted slim options, but it took over a week for you to register the delivery. Then, it took an additional week for you to inform me that you didn't have two of the shirts available, so you would be refunding me. You also claimed that a shirt was missing from the box, which is simply not true, and I strongly suggest you check your CCTV for proof.

I called customer service twice, and both times, the representative was short and uninterested, stating, "We can do this; it's in our terms and conditions." Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

After their reply, still didn't follow up on my issues. Terrible customer services. If anything my experience has got worse.

Have seen the reply. You are missing the main issues which was you very slow service and the attitude of your staff. Stop replying to make the review seem less valid. Terrible

Emailed and no response

Emailed and no response. Wrong item sent and now sent all back for refund and ignoring emails. Van bick please contact me, I want my money back. Have raised with bank also.

Horrundous company AVOID

Horrundous company. The order never turned up and I never received an order number. I rang today and spoke with "Stephen" in India who said he couldn't help I need to email. When I said I would hold to escalate it he hung up. Been on chat since 8 am this morning, now 10.37, waiting for an agent to join....
