Very impressed.

I had some issues where my printer seemed to be stuck in transit. It turns out that the shipping updates very differently than what I'm used to here in the US. Both times I contacted them, They confirmed that it was on time and it did arrive on time, well packed and worked flawlessly without any failures. This is my first 3d printer however I've watched many youtube videos. I'm very impressed that they were able to design something that works first time even for a newb. I've seen things like the old printrbot years ago that definitely wasn't on that level.

They admitted That some phones don't work simply because they have chosen that they not work.

Wow. unbelieveable. This company is next level bad. I have had no less than 20 problems with both the app and website. DO NOT USE THEM.. The app doesn't work, the website doesn't work. You get 1000 texts to verify yourself but that ties up your phone so you can't actually do that. My phone that has worked fine and I like, suddenly isn't compatible with their system and my wife's is that is the same model works fine. After chatting with them they
admitted, that at least some phones that they say are not compatible ARE compatible and they can enable their system to work with my them. So, my incompatible phone is supposed to work now. I'll use it until I find a new provider. I don't like being lied do on top of wasting 2 hours of my time as well as very iffy service to begin with.

Seem to be upping their game

I used to have issues with customer service in the past and shipping taking forever. The past year or so, they seem to have stepped up their game. Customer service has been great, I had a defective item and they are in the process of replacing it. Shipping has also SIGNIFICANTLY sped up. The website mostly works most of the time, but could still use some polish. If you can't get ahold of olight through email, try live chat. I've found that to be much quicker.

So far I've been very happy with jetpens

So far I've been very happy with jet pens. I don't mind the packaging they send them in however I can understand the bad reviews with broken/used items being sold as new. I haven't had that issue and have had fast shipping here in the US. I love the fast shipping and all the options jetpens has.

They sell things they don't have.

They have a serious issue with integrity. I was told 3 times that "our goal is to ship all orders within 24-48 hours, but that is not a guaranty." Firstly that's line from higher up that they're made to say because they know people are going to be mad that about their orders not ever shipping while covering their bases saying "it's not Guaranteed". I asked for an actual estimate, not their goal and they gave me the runaround. I don't believe they actually have the things in stock that they're selling, at least in part. When I requested a cancelation of my order they told me it's not a guaranty that it will cancel if it's ready to be shipped. If it's ready to be shipped then tell me that. I've never had a company not be able to even give me an estimate as to when my order will ship. They have all that info at their disposal as to how many items are in stock, how many are going out and where they are in that process. This leads me to believe they're in fact selling things they don't actually have and hoping nobody notices or that something eventually comes in. Monoprice used to be good. I won't shop with them again. That's an dishonest way to run a business. Edit: Confirmed. Items are out of stock. My invoice updated and showed out of stock. If I can see that so can they and yet they still give you the line Even their website still says that it's available and will ship tomorrow 3/31/23
