I've had trouble with the site

I've had trouble with the site. It takes about having VTO, but then I was told you don't have it. I order one set of glasses, then I returned them because I didn't like them once I tried them on. Now I ordered 3 more, hoping one will work.

I have tried to skip an order each…

I have tried to skip an order each month and it says the order is in process. I am taking less of the supplements because my body is sensitive to them, so now I have 2 packages I haven't even opened yet. The website wasn't userfriendly in skipping an order.
Otherwise, I really like Viome and the products.
