10 Day hold for NO reason

I have multiple business credit card accounts with Chase. I paid my credit card balance 20 days before it was due, and they put a 10-day old on my payment, disallowing me to use the credit card I just paid, early—terrible way to treat a customer that has never made a late payment.

I can't believe how much I was lied to…

I can't believe how much I was lied to to get me to switch from Verizon to AT&T. It cost me thousands of dollars that I was never reimbursed for, as promised, they lied about the pricing guarantee, and after 2 months, it was just as high as Verizon. Disgusting. BUYER BEWARE!

This business is terrible.

This place is terrible. My current account manager, as well as the previous one, have done nothing to fix the issues with my account. Still being charged for stuff I haven't had or used in almost 3 years, but it's $6000+ to cancel this fraud. Absolutely stay as far away from this company as possible.
