If i could give zero stars i would, terrible service, lies upon lies about it being dispatched in end asked for a refund and shock horror still no response, contacted my bank and reported as fraud

Ordered saxenda Thursday in my basket it said delivery by dpd for Monday,emailed them Monday to say my order hasn't even been dispatched, paying exhaustion amount for next day delivery, customer service lady Chloe was patronising and not useful, told them there website is conflicting because says orders processed after 2.30pm Thursday won't be dispatched till the following Monday, however what the chole the so called customer service person failed to recognised was that despite that my basket specifically said delivery Monday, when I requested before 12 next day for the inconvenience I was then told this is not an option even though i know dpd provide this service, do not recommend this company will use simple online pharmacy for my order

I have further looked into your order number provided and also looked through the chat you had with two people out the customer service team.
From looking into this i can see you placed your order on Thursday 23rd at 15:16pm, as you placed the order after 14:30pm on Thursday you order would not be dispatched until the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. This is because the nature of the medication and it has to remain at a certain temperature.
This is stated on our website on the medication you ordered page, to ensure we are giving each customer the correct information.
When you requested for the delivery to be made before 10am on the email we advised we unfortunately cannot offer that due to us not having that delivery option available due to us only having a next day option.
We would like to apologise for the inconvenience, however we do recommend all our customers to read through the medication page they are ordering to gather all information about the delivery specification.
