Not very good customer service I am…

Not very good customer service I am still waiting for a reply from my very first email about not receiving a Sim card with it still waiting for a reply. I am very disappointed.

Communication

I think there a lack of communication Lottie and Chiswick nursing centre as to over a week to get a phone call from care home but when got call quick time for viewing within few days and assessment
