Review of Luminesce
A review just posted had an almost identical experience to me, which speaks volumes, really. PLEASE PLEASE Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order for the 7 in 1 face massager and within an hour I wanted to cancel it? Why, because I ordered accidentally - initially I thought I would leave the order, but then started looking closely at the reviews on their website. These are NOT genuine reviews. If you read through (you have to go through a few pages), there are so many duplicate reviews (some are very detailed) but with different names, identical text. This sent the alarm bells ringing so I looked on Trustpilot - I should have come here first, of course. Anyway, I immediately contacted the Luminesce (note, I ordered at the weekend, so NOTHING had been shipped before I contacted them). I got the same message as the other reviewer, saying it was too late to cancel (which is just nonsense, of course). I did at least receive the product after a few days, and immediately arranged to return it. I had to pay the return postage, and sent it unopened, tracked and signed for. It was received by Luminesce over a week and a half ago. I have had no confirmation from them that they have received the face massager back, despite several emails to say that this was delivered to them. They have simply said they have to review the return. Review what, exactly - it has been delivered back to them, with proof of delivery, and unopened. Note, most of my emails to them have been unanswered - they respond to the occasional one. I am now in discussion with my credit card company to get a refund. But my advice to anyone is to save yourself the complete headache and DO NOT BUY from them.

Review of Kamado Kings
What a fantastic product. Delivery was great, and so well packaged. The kamado itself is just amazing - really well made, and the accessories it comes with are outstanding, really, including a lovely cook book. I did buy a couple of extras - a pizza stone and cast iron half moon griddle as these are things I personally wanted, but they aren't necessary (just nice to have, as I want to try pizza, and want a plate to grill veggies on). The kamado is so easy to get going, and it is really easy to control the temperature. And the charcoal lasts for ages. So far, it has produced a smoked brisket, jerk chicken and some of the most beautiful steaks I have ever tasted. Turkish kebabs this weekend! You definitely don't need to wait for summer for one of these, and I would absolutely recommend this brand. I just wish we had got one sooner.
