Syrupy sweet useless customer service!
Definitely a scam company. Advertised a beautiful embroidered quilt with pillow shams. What I got was a cheesy, cheap looking piece of material with the images painted on with children’s paint. Contacted the company for a return/refund and got a syrupy sweet email back essentially saying no. Let’s of back and forth with the same over the top language that can be poured over pancakes. I have to figure out the next step as this company (or whatever it is) is a sham and a scam.
