Size guide contradicted actual brand…

Size guide contradicted actual brand webpages guide so ordered size too small for a couple of shirts. Trying to send back was a nightmare, the link didn’t work to do returns, ended up paying £10 to return via recorded delivery. Customer services were useless, they told me to send it myself. Not great, no real confidence in the process especially where returns is concerned.

Ordered a number of times and always encounter problems. This time my items have just disappeared, over a week later and I’ve had to chase it up. It’s a good site and the products are top class but seriously folks, sort it out??!!
