Bought the TV advertised set with the…

Bought the TV advertised set with the strimmer - the head sheared off - after a 30 minute wait on the phone got to speak to someone who said to send the face plate details through and they would send a replacement. Have contacted the email address twice now asking when the replacement will be sent but nothing. The lawnmower is fine just the strimmer. Disappointed with no response from the aftersales team

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish. One item received after 7 weeks - its clearly a fake - the second item that should have been shipped at the same time has never arrived. You can't get a refund as they say send it back!!! how can you if it never arrived!

was told the shower was like for like, no mention of the unit being viable for my current RCD or the fact that the unit would be bigger and need additional work despite the entry point being the same apparently - only for it to come out that the entry point for the water would be the same but need additional pipework as the unit feeds into the middle. Bad customer service imo, if you are spending near on £200 the you expect the correct information

Initially we want to apologise if you haven't been given correct information, if the product is not suitable we do allow for returns within 30 days free of charge, you can do that through our website here https://www.tritonshowers.co.uk/delivery-and-returns It's hard to comment in depth on the advice given as we won't know what was advised specifically on the phone call, we do however give the best possible advice depending on what's advised to us, installations will vary greatly and each will be slightly different. Had a black out roller blind installed…

Had a black out roller blind installed two weeks ago - its not really blackout - I can live with that but this morning the whole system collapsed from the window ruining the plaster- 2 cms screws were used to secure a heavy roller blind which isn't great - its now all creased - Customer service lady was really nice, but not overly bothered, but they are supposedly sending someone on Thursday to fix it but after reading these reviews I'm not sure anyone will turn up
Update : had a really nice chap come today and fix the blind - even getting a new one as the old one is now creased, happy with the outcome, thanks

Mothers day bouquet...

Mothers day bouquet.... really? it had 4 dead roses in it and the chocolates that came where the smallest pack of lindt - probably only 3 in there will not be using them again - disgrace. Only positive is delivery was on time, but poor quality goods. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!
